Natalie will be exhibiting paintings in oil and watercolour of the Australia landscape, wildlife, as well as inspirations from her travels in Africa and India.
Jeff Fraser is a wood turner and spoon maker. His bowls and spoons are an example of recycling a piece of old wood into something of great use and a pleasure to look at.
Natalie moved to the Sunshine Coast four years ago from the hectic life – injecting of as a graphic designer in Sydney. While the paintings she is exhibiting are mainly from other parts of Australia, Natalie finds living in the Hinterland inspiring and peaceful which motivates her to continue to paint the bush and birds which surround her.
Natalie and Jeff are members of the Pomona Gallery Artists and Friends Group. They each find the group to be very nurturing and supportive in their artistic development.
Jeff and his wife Lorraine both belong to the Cooroora Woodworkers Club in Mill Station Place, Cooroy.
The official opening of the exhibition will be held Saturday 10th January at 2:00pm. *Australia and Abroad* continues until the 10th February. For more information contact the Gallery 5485 2950 or www.nataliesgraphics.com or www.pomonartgallery.com
